Are non-humans being underestimated and unfairly treated by humans? The author believes that having feelings for non-humans and commemorating them is the first step towards treating non-humans fairly. Through this memorial ceremony, the author hopes to re-examine the ‘host and guest’, and trigger the public to think deeply about the relationship between humans and non-human beings.

This project tells the story of the author and the fungus CRAZY DAVE that once parasitized in her body. This story was narrated in the form of a poem at CRAZY DAVE's memorial service. This is an activism practice in which humans commemorate non-human beings.
The author herself was once forced to provide nutrients and growth environment for fungi. This experience of being colonized and harmed by fungi made her question the commonly perception prejudice that non-human creatures are providers in the Anthropocene, that is, the doubt about ‘host and guest’. Are humans getting too pretentious? Are non-humans being underestimated and unfairly treated by humans?
